Victoria Park Friends Group are gearing up for a very busy summer.
The Outdoor Classroom
Sun 29 April 2018 12:00 -2:00pm National Gardening Week : How to get started – planting seeds, feeds and weeds. Using RHS Guidance we will explore basic advice on growing in any space. Christine Chaffin will do short talks at 12, 12.30, 13.00 and 13.30. Just turn up, all welcome, free.
Sun 6th & 20th May 12:00 -2:00pm Nature Study: join artist Jon George, sketch from life and then draw from observation. In partnership with Chisenhale Art Place. Suitable for all ages.

Also near the bandstand from 2pm on Sun 24th June the Victoria Park Friends Group is organising The Great Get Together – Meet Vicky Park Day. They would like all groups using Victoria Park to come together to introduce themselves to the park users. They suggest bringing a sign with your name and web address.
