Globe community project has organised a one-day free wellbeing event at The Brady Centre in Hanbury St E1 5HU that’s open to all on the 30th November 2024 from 10.00am -4.00pm.
For those who have a bit more time on their hands they are also running a six-week free course at Sonali Garden in Tarling St london E1 0AT starting from November 5th.
