If you have moved you will need to register again. You can check with your local authority if you are registered to vote. You can email Electoral Services at Tower Hamlets here to check.
The Great British Seaside
This exhibition of photos from the 1960s to the present is on at the National Maritime Museum at Greenwich until 30th Sept. Tickets are about £10 each. You can see some of the photos and book tickets here.
Brunel Museum
Also south of the Thames, the fascinating Brunel Museum at Rotherhithe has a whole pile of events on here. To get to Rotherhithe “Overground” station you can travel south under the Thames though Brunel’s ancient tunnel. It was built between 1825 and 1843 and was was originally designed for horse-drawn carriages.

Walk through the Marshes From Rainham to Purfleet
This guided walk is the sixth in Rob Smith’s series looking at the Thames East of London. The walk visits Rainham village with its beautiful hall and church, then across Rainham Marsh to see survivors from D-Day and ending at Purfleet with a Dracula connection. The walk runs on Wednesday 18th and Saturday 21st April at 1pm. You can book it here
